Waves & Wander is a thoughtfully curated coed retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build meaningful connections, and experience a sense of freedom through movement, nature, and adventure. This retreat is located in the heart of Costa Rica on Tamarindo Beach.

Each day includes optional grounding and energizing yoga practices, inviting you to move with intention while surrounded by lush tropical landscapes. Between sessions, you’ll have space to relax, explore, and fully embrace the slower pace of your getaway. A private pool awaits you, as well as access to a private beach club with additional pools, restaurant, bar and optional activities and excursions to add on to your trip.

We will set sail on a breathtaking catamaran sunset cruise, which includes French cuisine, drinks, optional swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. For a dose of both relaxation and exhilaration, we will go on an excursion into hidden corners of Costa Rica’s wild beauty where we will have the opportunity to soak in hot springs, do mud bath, zipline, horseback ride or just relax and take in the scenery.

Your stay includes luxury accommodations that blend comfort and nature, offering a peaceful sanctuary to rest and recharge. Daily breakfast and other meals will be provided. You will have the opportunity to dine out or cook in for two of your evening meals.

You’ll have the freedom to do as much or as little as you’d like, and return home feeling aligned, inspired, and deeply renewed.

Please note, this is a coed retreat. You may come solo or receive a discount if you share your room with a friend/partner.

What’s required: You must have your own private travel insurance, health insurance and must sign a waiver (attached), deposit of $850 to reserve your room, passport for travel
